Arun Valley Trekking
Arun valley trekking is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture variety. Arun valley trekking is between two highest mountains, Everest and Makalu. It is really a non touristic area but we can see significant views of Mt.Everest, Makalu, and hundreds of other mountains just on your eye. Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main inhabitants of this region.
Trekking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La (4110m.)into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. You can put together an even wilder trekking by crossing Sherpani col and west col into the upper Hongu valley. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang and also we can visit Hindu holy call Lake Salpa holy Lake (3414m)

| Day 01. | Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment |
| Day 02. | Flight to Tumlingtar By plane and walk up to Kartike |
| Day 03. | Trek to Gothey |
| Day 04. | Trek to Phedi |
| Day 05 | Trek to Gurase |
| Day 06 | Trek to Sanam |
| Day 07 | Trek to Bung |
| Day 08 | Trek to Gaikharka |
| Day 09 | Trek to Vasme |
| Day 10 | Trek to Pangum |
| Day 11 | Trek to Painya |
| Day 12 | Trek to lukla |
| Day 13 | Morning flight to Kathmandu OR after Lukla we can do Everest base camp trekking too. |
